Facilitator, Promotor, One World Network NRW
Tina Adomako has been working at the Forum for Social Innovation in Solingen as a specialist promoter in the One World Network NRW promoter programme since 2016. Before that, she worked for many years as an editor in leading media companies. With the SDGs as a framework, she now advocates for sustainable development issues. Her focus is on migration & development and the (African) diaspora in NRW. She runs the website www.diasporaNRW.net, which provides information on development issues related to the diaspora. For 10 years, she volunteered on the board of the New German Media Makers, an association that advocates for more diversity in the media.
Expert promoter for migration, diaspora and development
My task as a specialist promoter is to promote and accompany the intercultural openness of One World groups and to strengthen migrant NGOs - for example by supporting them in their public relations work. I also support the networking of people involved in development policy and migrant organisations, as well as the exchange between groups with cultural differences.
